Wolf Among Us

The Wolf Among Us is an interactive point-and-click mystery, based on Bill Willingham's Fables comic book series, set as a prequel. Each portion of the story was initially released bi-monthly in a total of five episodes, before being combined into a single retail game with a platinum trophy. Players control the protagonist by pointing and clicking on the environment to either examine or interact with characters or objects, or move about, while making choices throughout the story.

Set in 1986, several decades before the events of the Fables comic book, the Fables - mythical creatures who have escaped the tyrant Adversary and settled in colonial America centuries ago - currently reside in Manhattan, while masking their presence through an enchantment. Big Bad Wolf, the sheriff of this Fabletown, saves a prostitute from a Woodsman, which then sets off a chain of events for the sheriff.

The Wolf Among Us received positive reviews, with each episode receiving an overall average of 82%, praised for its outstanding story, interesting characters, and atmosphere.

If you've played any previous Telltale Games, then you should be familiar with how easy the Platinums can be earned. The game requires one full playthrough, with some mopping-up afterwards using the chapter select.

The Platinum can be unlocking in around 9-12 hours.

NOTE: The Trophies on the PS4 have a separate list than those on the PS3.

Since there are certain trophies of which you'll need to backtrack for anyway, we highly recommend first playing through the story and enjoying it. You will be unlocking the majority of the story-based trophies along the way, anyway.

Once you've finished the game, you can use the chapter select and rewind to the desired moment where you can collect any missing Fables, and thereby mopping-up any missing trophies. When you rewind a chapter, remember to select an empty save file so as not to override your progress. Check out the trophy guides in our Links page to see when and where are the Fables you're still missing.
