Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments

Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments is a puzzle adventure game, part of the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes series, and based on the character Sherlock Holmes from the works of Arthur Conan Doyle. Players explore crime scenes, examine clues, and connect deductions in order to search for the correct conclusion.

Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments received fairly positive reviews, with an average score of 75%, praised for its graphics and presentation, and overall a superior game to its previous Sherlock titles.

If you've played any of the CSI titles, then you'll have an idea what to expect. Most of the game is simply exploring crime scenes, talking to people, finding clues, and puzzle-solving while following through the story. With a guide, the platinum is easy enough to collect. There are a few missable trophies, but cases can be selected afterwards in the main menu and replayed.

Overall, expect roughly 15 hours or so for the platinum if you're following a guide, and longer if you're doing it on your own.

NOTE: The Trophies on the PS4 share the same list with those on the PS3.

No real roadmap is required for this game. Simply start playing and reach the end. Keep note, however, of the number of missable trophies. If you follow one of the walkthroughs in our Links page, then you should have no trouble unlocking the platinum at the end of the game.

Otherwise, after completing the game, simply load up the case in which you're missing trophies, and replay to unlock the trophy. Make sure to check out the trophy guides in our Links page to see what to watch out for as you play through the game, or when mopping-up afterwards.
