Michael Jackson: The Experience
Michael Jackson: The Experience is a music video game based on Michael Jackson's music. The game uses the PlayStation Eye and Move controller for the player to learn and simulate the dance moves, and a microphone for singing. Players can save and upload recorded video clips and photos of their performance to such online sites as Facebook. The PS3 version includes 29 of Michael Jackson's hit songs, which can be sung and danced to either in single or two-player games, or online in a 4-player mode.
Michael Jackson: The Experience received lukewarm reviews, with an average score of 65%, praised for being a fun party game and tribute to Michael Jackson fans, but criticized for its controls.
Essentially, this game requires a lot of patience as you'll need to learn, study, and memorize the dance moves in order to clear the song. Unless you're a dancing and singing legend who specialized in MJ's music, it will probably take you between 1-3 hours per song until you get it right. There is one online trophy, though it merely requires you to upload photos to a Facebook account.
While it's possible to get this platinum in around 20 hours, for most players it will take far, far longer.
NOTE: You will need the PS Eye, 2 Move controllers, 2 microphones, and a Facebook account for the Platinum.
Like most music games, Michael Jackson: The Experience doesn't require much of a roadmap. You can either start with the dancing, the singing, or switch between the two. Your ultimate goal will be the Jackson Walk trophy as well as getting all the 5 star trophies for each difficulty in dancing, and the Rock And Pop trophy and getting 5 stars for the singing portion.
Remember to save 10 videos along the way, and post 10 photos to your Facebook account.
