Let’s Dance with Mel B

Let's Dance with Mel B is a competitive dance game which utilizes the PlayStation Move controller. Possessing a number of popular tracks that range from 1980's to current, up to 8 players can compete in a dance off, with Mel B demonstrating the required dance moves. The game includes solo, competitive, and co-op dancing, as well as different modes of difficulty.

Overall, Let's Dance with Mel B received low scores from the few online magazines which reviews the game, criticized for the lack of tutorials, variety in game modes, and poor accuracy detection.

The difficulty for the Platinum lies not so much in the game itself, but the accuracy of having your dance moves detected. This can be a problem when several trophies require you to receive an A+ rating on the songs. But with enough practice, luck with the camera, and patience, the Platinum can be unlocked.

Expect roughly 30 hours of gameplay if you're having good luck with the accuracy detection, and more if you're not.

NOTE: You will need 2 Move controllers for the Platinum.

This game doesn't require much of a roadmap, as you'll basically want to dance through each of the tracks, working towards achieving an A+ rating on each. We recommend simply going through song after song, until you've completed all the tracks and unlocked the Let's Dance trophy, with several others along the way. After that, head back into the songs you couldn't achieve an A+ rating, and work on those until you do.

At some point, you'll need to invite a friend over to help you with the co-op and competitive trophies. Here is where you'll need two Move controllers. Luckily, since the game only supports two players at a time, that's all you'll need to complete the eight player dance party game for the Pieces of 8 trophy.

For the Dance The Night Away trophy, you can easily adjust the clock on your PS3 to a time between midnight and 6am.

Good luck!
