Sniper: Ghost Warrior

Sniper: Ghost Warrior is a first-person tactical shooter with a heavy focus on stealth and firing sniper rifles. Wind, flight time, and even breathing must be taken into account when setting the bullet trajectory. The setting takes place in a jungle environment where the player completes a set of missions in order to fulfill each of the four acts in the campaign. The game also includes online multiplayer.

In the fictional country Isla Trueno, the democratic government has been overthrown by General Vasquez. A highly trained special ops unit is sent out to rescue a captured CIA Agent and reset order to the country.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior received negative to lukewarm reviews with an average score of 48%, praised by some for its visuals and at times satisfying gameplay, though criticized for technical issues, problems with the AI, and its linear level design.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior is not particularly difficult, but quite time consuming even if the online trophies are boosted. The game requires at least one playthrough on Hard mode, as well as two extra campaigns. A chapter select allows for easy mopping-up afterwards. However, the online trophies require a fair bit of grinding, such as for getting 2,000 kills.

Expect roughly 40 hours with online boosting, and 50-60 hours if going legit.

You'll first want to play through the campaign. Hard mode is available from the start, and it shouldn't prove too difficult for average players, so if you're in a rush for that Platinum and wish to avoid a second playthrough, we recommend starting there. Just remember to take your time and watch for enemies, use the foliage as cover, keep plenty of health in your inventory, and avoid being found by only killing enemies when it's necessary.

At the start of the playthrough, we recommend going for the Fallen Eagle trophy during the tutorial chapter, which involves killing 10 of the eagles flying through the sky. This trophy can be glitchy, which is why we suggest unlocking it at the beginning. If you don't get the trophy, than you will need to delete your SaveGame and try again.

Finally, during your playthrough, be sure to collect all 30 Secrets for the Seeker trophy. Check out the walkthroughs and collectible guides under our Links tab for assistance.

After you've completed your playthrough on Hard mode, there are two bonus campaigns to complete, titled Unfinished Businesses and Challenge.

Finally, use the chapter select to mop-up any remaining offline trophies you still need. Be sure to check the Sniper Ghost Warrior trophy guide links under our Links tab to see what you're still missing and their requirements.

At any time during your gameplay, you can hop into multiplayer and work on those five online trophies. These are straight forward, but very time consuming. Work on getting your 50 captured flags, 50 won rounds, and 500 sniper kills. The Supplier Of Death trophy for killing 2,000 players will most likely be your last.
