Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves

Originally released for the PlayStation 2 in 2005, Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves was revamped in HD with trophy support as part of The Sly Collection for the PlayStation 3 in 2010, which includes all three Sly Cooper titles, plus mini-games. The game is a third-person stealth platformer in which the player alternates between playing different characters, and is a sequel to Sly 2: Band of Thieves.

Taking place a year after the events of Sly 2, Sly Cooper learns of the Cooper Vault, which contains all the wealth accumulated by his ancestors, hidden away on Kaine Island - where the evil Dr. M has set up his fortress. After getting his team back together, Sly must figure a way to infiltrate Kaine Island and reclaim his inheritance.

Like its predecessors, Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves received positive reviews, with an average score of 84% for its fun-factor and intricate story.

The trophies in Sly 3 are nearly identical to those in Sly 2, and therefore possessing the same level of difficulty. This time however, there aren't any clue bottles to worry about. All the trophies are either story-based, or involve purchasing gadgets.

The Platinum, like the previous two games, should take you between 10 to 15 hours, depending on your skills.

Without any clue bottles to find, you can sit back and simply play the game from start to finish, farming for coins along the way. Be wary of the Loot! Trophy, however, which requires you to have collected 2,500 coins at one time - so you might want to get this one out of the way before you start purchasing gadgets and special moves.

Just like in the earlier game, if you don't care about the gadgets and moves, you can accumulate a wealth of coins, then towards the end of the game, purchase the necessary gadget, get the trophy, then reload the game without saving and purchase the next one. Not all the gadgets and moves are necessary for a trophy, so check out the Sly 3 Honor Among Thieves trophy guide links under our Links tab to learn which ones you need.
