The Inner World

The Inner World is a point-and-click adventure game. Players navigate the player-character while interacting with the environment and other characters, and solve puzzles in order to continue through the story. The game was first released on the PC in 2013, before being ported onto the PlayStation 4 in 2017 with trophy support.

Welcome to Asposia, a world in a hollow space that defies the laws of physics, and surrounded by three giant wind fountains which ventilate the land. Mysteriously, however, the wind fountains dry up, which sets one of the citizens of Asposia on a quest to discover the reason.

The Inner World received mostly positive reviews with an average score of 74%, praised for its engaging story, use of humor, and imaginative world, though criticized for bugs and technical issues.

Since the game is a point-and-click adventure, somewhat similar to the Telltale Games series, The Inner World is an easy Platinum if you are following a walkthrough. While there is no chapter select, which means most of the trophies are missable, all trophies can be unlocked in one playthrough. The only thing to watch out for are freezes and crashes.

If following a walkthrough, the Platinum can be earned in just over two hours, depending on your luck with the freezes.

First, it should be noted that The Inner World has a habit of freezing and crashing. At most, you'll need to reload the game from your last save-point when this happens. As a result, we recommend avoiding skipping through cutscenes and dialogue, as this is one cause of the freezes. Also, if you happen to have trouble loading the game, try disabling the subtitles.

Also, it should be noted that as you play through the game, do NOT press the L2 button. The L2 is meant to provide you with hints, and doing so even once will lock you out of the Mr Wise-Guy trophy. The only time L2 is safe to press is when playing a note on the nose flute. Otherwise, refrain from pressing L2 if you plan on getting the Platinum in one playthrough.

With all that in mind, simply load up the game and play from start to finish. Check out The Inner World trophy guide links under our Links tab to get familiar with what you need to do at certain points in the game.

Also, it's a good idea to follow one of the walkthroughs as well, to know when specific trophies need to be completed.

If all goes well, and you having experienced too many freezes, you should have the Platinum in roughly two hours.
