NBA 2K10

NBA 2K10 is a basketball game based on the National Basketball Association. Players can play NBA Today which includes real world match-ups, My Player Mode in which you can create your own player, as well as online play and many other modes.

The game received relatively good reviews, with an average score of 77%. It was praised for its strong visuals, but suffering from flaws in the online mode. Also, there were rumors that the Good Teammate trophy won't unlock, thereby causing this platinum to be unobtainable for most.

Though it was unannounced, 2K closed their servers sometime in early 2011. There are 10 online trophies, which are now officially Not Obtainable. Therefore, acquiring the Platinum is now impossible.

This Platinum is Not Obtainable, due to the servers being taken down. However, there are still 38 offline trophies available if you simply wish to rack up your trophy count.

The My Player mode is easier, and therefore a good place to start. Simply make your character and start earning the trophies related to this mode. See the NBA 2K10 trophy guide links under our Links tab for specific details.

After which, you can work through the general gameplay trophies, where you'll need specific stats either for games or a career. Again, check out the trophy guides under our Links tab for more details.

Unfortunately, with the online servers down, this is as far as we can go.

Major League Baseball 2K11

Major League Baseball 2K11, also known as MLB 2K11, is an MLB-licensed baseball simulation and part of the MLB 2K series which began on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox. New features include the Dynamic Players Rating System which updates the player-character's abilities within the last four weeks of the real player's activities, more AI gameplay sliders, and an improvement on base stealing.

Major League Baseball 2K11 received mostly positive reviews with an average score of 71%, praised for its presentation and online multiplayer, but criticized for lacking much improvement over its predecessor, and containing technical bugs.

Major League Baseball 2K11 was first released in March 2011, and includes 9 online trophies. The Mid-Summer Classic trophy required downloading the MLB Today game on July 12, 2011 and playing it, which means the Platinum had already become Not Obtainable if this event was missed. Then, the online servers were shut down in November 2012, preventing the remaining eight online trophies from being unlocked. As a result, the Platinum for this game has become Not Obtainable.

Since the online servers were closed in November 2012, the 9 online trophies, and therefore the Platinum, have become Not Obtainable. However, there are still 41 offline trophies that can be unlocked, so if you're interested, then read on.

You'll first want to head into My Player mode and create your profile. Consider how much you wish to play when selecting your position, as naturally pitchers and catchers will participate in the most innings, compared to, for example outfielders. You can play on Rookie Difficulty, or even with custom sliders if you wish to make things easier. Here, you'll be working towards unlocking the 12 My Player mode related trophies, which includes winning a World Series for the What's Your Ring Size? trophy.

Next, it's time to head into Franchise mode. If you wish to make things easier, feel free to max out all the stats on your team. Here is where you'll be working toward The Champs, You're Special, and Remember Me trophies that are related to Franchise mode. You'll need to play at least 20 games, while the rest can be simulated.

With all this out of the way, it's simply time to mop-up all the remaining offline trophies, most of which you can unlock in Play Now. Be sure to check out the Major League Baseball 2K11 trophy guide links under our Links tab to see what you still need and their requirements.

Major League Baseball 2K10

Major League Baseball 2K10, also known as MLB 2K10, is an MLB-licensed baseball simulation and part of the MLB 2K series which began on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox. New features include the My Player career mode in which the player-character is guided through their career from the minors to the majors, as well as allowing for total control hitting and total control pitching.

Major League Baseball 2K10 received mainly positive reviews, with an average score of 75%. The game was praised for its improved gameplay and sound, though criticized by some for bugs.

The game was first released in March 2010, and included six online trophies. Not only have the servers since been closed, but one particular trophy - Mid-Summer Classic - could only be earned on July 14, 2010, for downloading and playing the MLB Today game on that day. Since the Mid-Summer Classic trophy - as well as now the other online trophies - are no longer available to unlock, the Platinum for Major League Baseball 2K10 has become Not Obtainable.

The online servers have been shut down for Major League Baseball 2K10, which means the 6 online trophies can no longer be unlocked. This also includes the Mid-Summer Classic trophy, which required players to download and play the MLB Today game only on July 14, 2010. As a result, the Platinum for this game is now Not Obtainable. However, there are still 43 offline trophies that can be earned, so if you're interested, then read on.

Your first order of business is to create your profile. This will be used to eventually get the Domination trophy for striking out 200 batters, the Production trophy for driving in 250 RBI, and eventually the Learning The Ropes trophy for achieving gold in all the drills.

Once you've got your profile set up, you can head into My Player and create your character. You can easily unlock A Whole New You by selecting your player-character's batting stance or pitching delivery. Eventually you'll want to make your way to the majors, and from there complete 10 of the Hall of Fame goals to earn The Hall trophy. Along the way, you should also be unlocking This Is Why I'm Here, The Goal, The Star, The Truth, The Call, and The Top trophies.

After that, you can start Franchise Mode. Win the first game in order to unlock the One And O trophy. Then, aim towards playing 20 games and break the record for the Remember Me trophy, make the playoffs for the Booked A Ticket trophy, and finally win the World Series for the What's Your Ring Size trophy.

From this point on, it's simply a matter of mopping-up any remaining offline trophies you're still missing. And unfortunately, with the servers closed and no time-machine to revisit July 14, 2010, this is as far as we can go.

Major League Baseball 2K9 Trophy Guide

Major League Baseball 2K9 Trophy Guide. Difficulty: n/o  An MLB licensed baseball simulation and part of the MLB 2K series. Since the servers were shut down in August 2010, the online trophies – and therefore, the Platinum – are now Not Obtainable.

Major League Baseball 2K9

Major League Baseball 2K9, also known as MLB 2K9, is an MLB-licensed baseball simulation and part of the MLB 2K series which began on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox. New features include simplified pitching to a two-step process, improved hit distribution, the ability to cancel a throw, and more realism to the ballpark. The game also includes online multiplayer, which the servers were closed in August 2010.

Major League Baseball 2K9 received lukewarm reviews, with an average score of 62%, praised for being overall fun, but heavily criticized for its bugs, as well as poor animations.

The game was first released in March 2009, and included two online trophies. By August 2010, the online servers were shut down, which means the two online trophies can no longer be unlocked. Unfortunately, this means the Platinum for Major League Baseball 2K9 is now Not Obtainable.

The game includes two online trophies: I Could Have Been A Contender for playing a ranked game online, and the viral trophy Team 2K. It's a shame the online servers were closed in August 2010, as both of these trophies are rather easy to unlock. However, there are still 47 offline trophies available, which could still make a rather high completion percentage. So if you're interested, then read on.

The game itself doesn't require much of a roadmap, however we recommend you save collecting the 320 player cards for last, as you'll be earning them while working on the other trophies. Otherwise, the trophies can be unlocked in various modes of the game.

There are two trophies you can easily collect from the beginning. One is for creating a player for the It's Alive! trophy, and move the songs around in the 2K beats area for the Two Turn Tables... trophy.

There are 8 trophies in total which relate to achieving the following stats: 100 homeruns, 100 strike outs, and stealing 50 bases. These can be earned quicker by adjusting all the player stats in the game, either by boosting their hitting stats, pitching stats, or making them slow at everything, respectively.

There are 18 miscellaneous trophies you can earn during the single games, through multiple playthroughs. Check out the Major League Baseball 2K9 trophy guide links under our Links tab for specific details on each, but many of them involving stealing six bases in a game for Sticky Fingers and Cat Burglar, striking out 15 batters for Gram Some Pine and Pinning Away, or for hitting 4 home runs in a game for Good Things Always Happen In 3's and It's A Good Day To Be A Hitter.

There are 6 trophies related to Franchise Mode. To get these as quickly as possible, we recommend playing 20 games set for 3 innings long, with maxed out stats on the players. After playing the 20 games, simply save it and simulate it to the World Series.

After all that, the last few trophies should be related to collecting the remaining player cards. There are 320 in total. Check out the guide under our Links tab to see what you need to do for whichever cards you're still missing.

Unfortunately, with the servers closed, this is as far as you can go.

However, there are still 39 offline trophies that can be unlocked, so if you're still interested, then read on.

You can start things off by playing through MyCareer using your MyPlayer, where a number of related trophies await to be unlocked. The first should be the Dawn Of An Era trophy, where you'll need to be between the 1st and 14th pick to be drafted in the lottery. After that, your ultimate goal is to unlock the Immortality trophy for making it into the Hall of Fame, which required completing 10 of the 15 objectives before retiring your player. There are also a number of MyCareer mode trophies you should collect along the way, so be sure to check out the NBA 2K13 trophy guide links under our Links tab for a little planning.

Next is The Association mode, where there are four trophies to unlock. Start an Association and set the Start Date to today to unlock The Here And Now trophy.
