Skylanders Imaginators

Skylanders Imaginators is a 3D platformer and the sixth major installment in the Skylanders series, following SuperChargers. Like other titles in the series, the game uses a toys-to-life system in which players place Skylanders figures on the Portal of Power device which reads the figure's tags through Near-field communication, which then imports them into the game as playable characters. With Skylanders Imaginators, for the first time, players are able to create their own characters through the use of crystals.

The evil Kaos has discovered the Mind Magic power that has been hidden away by the Ancients, and is using it to create a new army of minions named Doomlanders in order to conquer the world. To defeat Kaos, the Portal Masters have created the Imaginators, who must be trained by the Senseis in order to bring peace back to Skylands.

Skylanders Imaginators received positive reviews with an average score of 78%, praised for its character creation tools and overall fun, though criticized by some for its micro-transactions and not offering enough new content to the series.

This is a high 1-star rating, only because of the time required. The game can be played on Easy mode, and there are no missable trophies. Also, the Platinum doesn't require any extra figures, DLC, or purchases - only the two Senseis and the fire creation crystal that comes includes with the retail game. Skylanders Imaginators is arguably the easiest in the series.

Expect roughly 16-20 hours for the Platinum.

NOTE: The trophies on the PS4 have a separate list from those on the PS3.

There are no difficulty-mode related trophies, so if you're in a rush for that Platinum or simply wish to make things easier for yourself, feel free to select Easy mode.

You can basically just play through the main story from start to end, as there are no missable trophies to worry about. However, if you wish to nab some of the level-specific and miscellaneous trophies during your initial playthrough, be sure to check out the Skylanders Imaginators trophy guide links under our Links page to get familiar with their requirements. But playing through the story will unlock the story-related trophies, as well as some of the other miscellaneous ones naturally. If you're playing on Easy, the story should only take about 7-8 hours to complete.

Once you've finished the story, it's simply a matter of going back and mopping-up whatever you are missing. Again, check out the Skylanders Imaginators trophy guide links, as well as some of the videos, if you're having any trouble. Mopping-up should take about the same amount of time as going through the campaign, depending on how many of the level-specific and miscellaneous trophies you've already unlocked.

Vancouver 2010 Trophy Guide

Vancouver 2010

Vancouver 2010 is a sports game based on the 2010 Winter Olympics held in Vancouver, and is officially licensed by the International Olympic Committee. The game includes a total of 14 events divided into Alpine Skiing, Freestyle Skiing, Ski Jumping, Sledding, Snowboarding, and Speed Skating, as well as 30 different challenges across the events. The game includes both online and local competitions with up to four players.

Vancouver 2010 received lukewarm reviews with an average score of 56%, praised for its challenges and online mode, but criticized for a lack of any career mode and limited number of events.

This game has 3 online trophies, one of which requires five online wins in a row. Doing this legitimately now, given that there aren't many players on Vancouver 2010 online anymore, is extremely difficult, thereby awarding this game's platinum a 4-star rating. However, if you have a boosting partner, the difficulty rating could be brought down to a 3-star. Many of the challenges can still be quite tricky, and will require a fair bit of skill and mastery to unlock all the offline trophies.

While the Platinum can be earned in roughly 15-20 hours of gameplay, this really depends on your skills.

NOTE: 4 controllers are required for the Best With Friends trophy.

Since there's no career mode, and the way the trophies are set up, no real roadmap is required. Simply select an event and try to get a gold medal before moving onto the next one. There are 14 events in total, each with their own respective trophy for getting a gold medal. Be sure to check out the Vancouver 2010 trophy guide links under our Links tab for tips if you get stuck. The only other advice we can give is to stay with one event until you get the trophy, as leaving and coming back will only rust up the skills you've been building.

There are also 32 trophies related to completing the challenges. Again, use the trophy guides and just stick with it, until you unlock them all.

The Best With Friends trophy requires you to play a 4-player local game. This means you will need four controllers connected to your PS3.

Finally, there are the three online trophies: Good Host for hosting an online game, Online Olympian for playing an event online, and Back To Back Glory for winning five events in a row. Like the other trophies, these can be unlocked at any time. If you're having trouble finding players, be sure to check the boosting forums under our Links tab.

Scene It? Bright Lights! Big Screen! Trophy Guide

Scene It? Bright Lights! Big Screen! Trophy Guide. Difficulty: ****  A movie trivia game based on the Scene It? DVD board game. While the majority of the trophies are quite easy, two of them are extremely difficult.

Scene It? Bright Lights! Big Screen!

Scene It? Bright Lights! Big Screen! is a movie trivia game, based on the Scene It? DVD board game by Screenlife. The video game includes over 2,800 questions based on contemporary and classic films, divided into 23 categories. Questions and puzzles range from providing the next line in a film, answering a quiz after seeing a video clip, or stating the event occurring in a freeze-frame image.

Scene It? Bright Lights! Big Screen! received mixed reviews, with an average score of 56%, praised for its variety in trivia, but criticized for a lack of multiplayer and for being overall a mediocre quiz game.

The majority of the trophies are quite easy, and can probably be earned in about 10 hours or so. However, the Spotless Performance trophy requires you to play through and answer every single question correctly, which is no easy task. Also, the Faster Than Light trophy requires you to answer nearly all the questions correctly as fast as you can. These two trophies bring the difficulty up to, what would have been a 2-star, to a 4-star. Having an extensive knowledge of movies, as well as an excellent memory, are certainly required for this Platinum.

NOTE: Up to 4 controllers are required for the Platinum.

The game doesn't require much of a roadmap, as you can simply work your way through the trophies listed in the Scene It? Bright Lights! Big Screen! trophy guide links under our Links tab, performing whatever is necessary for each, in whichever order you want. However, we do recommend saving Spotless Performance and Faster Than Light last, as these are by far the most difficult trophies in the game, and will require a database-like knowledge of the trivia questions available.

We recommend simply staring off by playthrough through the game and enjoying it. You will unlock a number of trophies naturally as you play through and win games.

Once you've had enough and are ready to get serious, you'll need to start plugging in more controllers. You will need 4 controllers for Quiz Quartet, as well as Life Of The Party and Party On!, which can be earned in a party play game. Aside from that, there are a number of trophies which require 2 controllers, but can be unlocked easily. Check out the trophy guides under our Links tab for more details.

Eventually, after making your way through the trophy guides and unlocking everything else, you'll end up with Faster Than Light and Spotless Performance remaining. As we mentioned earlier, these are the two most difficult trophies in the game. Under our Links tab, we also have several databases of known trivia questions and answers which you can look through for help. But overall, you'll need to memorize and be as familiar as possible with the questions and their answers.

Good luck!
