Sony Shutting Down Online Servers to Six Games

On the official PlayStation website, Sony recently stated they will be shutting down the online servers to six different games across the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita. This, of course, means their online Trophies will be come Not Obtainable.

The following games will be going offline on July 1, 2017:

PlayStation 4

* Kill Strain (all trophies online)

PlayStation 3

* High Velocity Bowling (all trophies online)

* Medieval Moves: Deadmund’s Quest (no online trophies)

* Sports Champions (no online trophies)

* Sports Champions 2 (no online trophies)

PlayStation Vita

* ModNation Racers: Road Trip (11 online trophies)

Since its release in July 2016, Kill Strain has been met with poor reviews and a lack of online activity. Being an online multiplayer, Kill Strain will cease to be playable following the sever closure. High Velocity Bowling was released in December 2007, with all 12 trophies being online. Medieval Moves: Deadmund’s Quest contains some multiplayer trophies, though these can be unlocked locally with a second controller. Meanwhile, online play is not required for any trophies for both Sports Champions and Sports Champions 2. Finally, ModNation Racers: Road Trip contains 11 online trophies related with uploading and having creations rated, as well as earning Create XP and racing downloaded time trials.
