Grease Dance

Grease Dance is a dance game which uses the PlayStation Move controller, and is based on the 1978 film Grease, which in turn is based on the 1971 musical. Up to 8 players match either dance moves, singing, or both, to the characters on the screen. The game also includes a variety of mini-games.

Grease Dance, originally a successful title on the Nintendo Wii and DS in 2010, has not received any online magazine reviews for the PlayStation 3 version. However, online players have awarded it an average of 65% for its overall fun and treat for fans of the Grease musical, but criticized for occasional inaccurate Move controls.

This is a high 2-star rating, though it really depends on your dancing skills. It's arguably easier than other dancing games out there, and the difficulty comes in when needing to perform perfect scores. Overall, it could take you anywhere between 15-25 hours, depending on your abilities with dance titles.

NOTE: You will need 2 Move controllers for the Platinum.

If you've played dance-themed games, then you should know the drill. You can begin by playing through the game, aiming for high scores and unlocking more songs and mini-games along the way. There are no missable trophies, for once everything's unlocked, you can simply select the desired song or mini-game from the menu and continue to replay until you've gotten a perfect score.

The mini-games are by far the most difficult portion of the game, particularly the Buddy Lovin' trophy, which requires a team score of 500,000 on three different mini-games. Not only do you need a partner and a second Move controller for this one, but requires much practice until you get it.

Unfortunately, we haven't been able to find a single Trophy Guide online for Grease Dance. We at Trophy Hunter, however, managed to obtain the platinum without a guide, which means you can, too. If you get really stuck, here are some Forums where you can post your questions:

Here's a Trophy Forum on PlaystationTrophies:

And an Achievement Forum (same as the trophies on PS3) on XboxAchievements:

Lastly, here's a basic Trophy List:

Disney Sing It Family Hits Trophy Guide

Disney Sing It: Family Hits

Disney Sing It: Family Hits is a karaoke-style video game, much in the tradition of Rock Band or Guitar Hero, but without all the instruments. There are 30 tracks in the North American version, and 22 in the UK version, all of which are a variety of songs from classic Disney films like Sleep Beauty and Mary Poppins to more contemporary like Mulan and the Pixar film Cars.

Many of these trophies can be acquired on Easy, even with the world's worst singing voice while a demolition crew is smashing through your house. Once you've completed the few trophies that require Hard Difficulty, the rest is a cinch.

The Platinum can be earned anywhere between 10 to 15 hours, depending on how many 'take fives' you use to rest your vocal cords.

To obtain 100% as quickly as possible, we recommend starting with the more difficult trophies, beginning with Singing It Better, which requires getting a Superstar rating for everything in Vocal Coach. In doing so, you will also unlock other trophies. Next, aim for the three Hard Difficulty trophies - Sing It Superstar, Battle Star, and Team Altogether.

Once this is finished, simply work your way through on Easy to mop-up what's left. You'll be surprised at how badly you can sing, and still complete the song. This game was aimed at kids, after all.
