Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands is a third-person action platformer, and is a return to the original Prince of Persia storyline, taking place between The Sands of Time and Warrior Within.
Seven years after Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, the Prince heads to see his brother, Malik, to seek education in leadership, only to find the kingdom overrun by an army attempting to break into the treasure vaults. Malik uses a power called Solomon's Army which creates sand creatures to fight the invading army, but things don't go quite as planned.
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands received mixed to positive reviews, with an average score of 74%, praised for its overall fun but lacking in graphics and presentation.
While it may not be in the same league as Hannah Montana: The Movie, this game is still fairly easy and relatively quick to earn the platinum, so long as you're following a collectibles guide. There are five missable trophies to watch out for. Otherwise, the others are combat-related, challenge-related, or just story-related.
With a collectibles guide, this Platinum should take roughly around 15 hours to unlock
Make sure to select Normal difficulty. Then, once the game starts, hit Start and lower the difficulty setting to Easy, which will unlock the Our Little Secret trophy. From here on out, it's up to you if you wish to continue playing on Easy, or reset back to Normal for more of a challenge.
It's entirely possible to get all the campaign trophies in one playthrough. But be aware of the 5 missables. Power Boost and Got Walkthrough? requires you to find and break all 21 sarcophagi throughout the game, so you'll want to follow one of the collectible guides under our Links tab. Stay Dry is a stunt which requires the Power of Flow ability in the castle. The Untouchable trophy requires you to defeat Ratash without taking damage, and Invincible requiers you to defeat him again in the final battle without taking damage. These five trophies, if not unlocked when you complete the game, will require nearly a full second playthrough.
The other trophies, aside from the story-related ones, are either combat or stunt related. Failure to unlock these will require a partial second playthrough, but can easily be collected during your first. Just make sure to check out the Prince of Persia The Forgotten Sands trophy guide links under our Links tab to see what you need to do.
Finally, after having completed the game, you'll have unlocked the Enemy Tides Challenge. Here, you can grind for XP to upgrade the last of your abilities and earn the Completist trophy, as well as the Prince Of Tides trophy for completing the challenge.
