Warhawk Trophy Guide

Warhawk is a third-person, online shooter. The player can attack on foot with various weapons, attack using several different vehicles, or climb into a warhawk for aerial combat. Upon its launch in 2007, Warhawk was also one of the first retail games to possess trophy support.

There is no story - simply different types of online combat: Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, and Zones. Collect points after each game, and as they increase, do does your rank.

Warhawk was first released in the Summer of 2007, and was originally given a 5-star difficulty rating for the Platinum, for both its challenge and time required. However, the online servers were shut down on January 31, 2019. Since the game is online-only, the game has since become unplayable. This means, of course, that none of the trophies can be unlocked, and so the Platinum has therefore become Not Obtainable.

Since the online servers were shut down on January 31, 2019, the game has since become unplayable. If you're curious to see what was originally involved in unlocking the Platinum trophy, please feel free to read on:

Several challenges trophies can be obtained either with a friend in an unranked game, or even by yourself on split-screen with an extra controller. For the Hat Trick trophy, for example, simply set up a CTF match and capture three flags. Or for the Survivalist trophy, just start a Hero match, then sit and wait until the trophy blings on your screen. For the Taxi Driver trophy, just start a CTF match with a split-screen, drive to the flag in a jeep with one controller, while the other picks up the flag, then heads back to base.

For a complete list of other easily accessible challenge trophies, see the Links tab.

Unfortunately, not all the trophies are this easy. You will have to complete several challenges in ranked games for each badge or medal, while increasing your points to obtain ranks. Each of your medals and badges are kept track, and can be seen on the awards page. There's no trick to this - simply some skill and a lot of time!
