PlayStation Plus Free Games November 2025

Happy Halloween! And to celebrate the festivities, Sony has just announced their next batch of freebies for PlayStation Plus members, which in fact have very little to do with ghosts and goblins. But hey, free games are free games, right? And so, here is the PlayStation Plus free games November 2025 line up which will be available for download on Tuesday, November 4.

First, for both the PS4 and PS5, there’s Stray, the 2022 adventure game developed by BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna Interactive. Players play as a tray cat who has tumbled into a walled city filled with robots and mutant bacteria. Players must elude the Zurks and Sentinels, while finding a way to return to the surface.

Also, for both the PS4 and PS5, there’s Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, a physics-based strategy game first released in 2021, developed by Landfall Games. In Campaign mode, players must use a limited amount of in-game money to create an army to crush the enemy force. In Sandbox mode, players have a limitless amount of money and can build both opposing armies.

Finally, for the PS5, there’s EA Sports WRC, a racing game licensed by the World Rally Championship. Featuring a selection of 78 rally cars and 10 group rally cars from the WRC, the game includes over 200 competition stages across 18 WRC rallies.

All three games in the PlayStation Plus free games November 2025 line-up have platinum trophies to unlock.

Among them, Totally Accurate Battle Simulator is arguably the easiest platinum to obtain, and only requires around 8 hours of gameplay. Also, both the PS4 and PS5 have their own set of trophies, which means obtaining two separate platinum trophies. No auto-pop, however.

Next, unlocking the platinum for Stray is also below average in difficulty. The only trophy that seems to give some players trouble is the Can’t Cat-ch Me trophy, which requires both skill and luck. Overall however, getting the platinum should only take around 10-12 hours.

Finally, EA Sports WRC is average in terms of difficulty, though this entirely depends on your racing skills, and any experience you may have with the WRC series. Depending on your skills, this platinum could be unlocked in roughly 25 hours.

PlayStation Plus Free Games October 2025

Another month, means another batch of freebies from Sony for PS Plus members. Once again, trophy hunters can rejoice, as we will have another nice selection of easy platinums to unlock. And so, here is the PlayStation Plus free games October 2025 line-up which will be available for download on Tuesday, October 7.

First, for the PS5, there’s Alan Wake 2, developed by Remedy Entertainment. Rather than an action adventure like it’s 2010 predecessor Alan Wake, the sequel Alan Wake 2 is a survival horror in which players play as both Alan who is found washed up on a shore after being trapped in an alternate dimension, and FBI agent Saga Anderson who finds him.

Next, also for the PS5, is Goat Simulator 3, a sequel to the non-too-serious title developed by Coffee Stain North. While still controlling the havoc-wreaking goat in third-person action, players can now customize their goat, and explore different gameplay styles including a story mode with quests, and a first-person shooter. The game also features a four-player coopeerative online multiplayer mode.

Lastly, for both the PS4 and PS5, there’s Cocoon, a puzzle adventure developed by Geometric Interactive. Players control a beetle which travels to different worlds and solving puzzles in a 3D environment, order to unlock the mysteries of the universe.

All three titles in the PlayStation Plus free games October 2025 line-up have platinum trophies to unlock.

Among them, Cocoon is both the easiest and quickest platinum to obtain. If choosing to follow an online guide to quickly solve the puzzles, the platinum can be unlocked in under 5 hours.

Next, Goat Simulator 3 is arguable the second easiest platinum of the three. While there is a lot to do in this game, an online guide will help make things easy and reduce your playtime to under 15 hours for the platinum.

Lastly, while Alan Wake II has arguably the more difficult platinum of the three, it is still below-average in terms of challenge, as all of its trophies can be unlocked in Story Mode. There are some missable trophies to watch out for. However, if following a guide, the platinum can be unlocked in around 25 hours with relative ease.   

PlayStation Plus Free Games September 2025

For all the trophy hunters out there, you may have noticed that last month’s freebies had some pretty tough platinums to obtain. Sony is being much more lenient this month, at least for two out of the three games. And so, here is the PlayStation Plus free games September 2025 line-up, available for download on Tuesday, September 2.

First, for both the PS4 and PS5, there’s Viewfinder, the puzzle game developed by Sad Owl Studios. Players try to map out a 2D image onto a 3D world, which will allow for access to a teleportation device that takes players to the next level.

Next, for the PS4, there’s Psychonauts 2, the platformer developed by Double Fine and published by Xbox Game Studios (yes, that’s right!). A sequel to the 2005 Psychonauts, players control Raz, a child from a family of circus acrobats and possesses psychic powers that allow him to enter the minds of others, and play through different 3D environments with the goal of resolving psychological issues.

Lastly, for the PS4, there is Stardew Valley, the 2016 farming simulator developed by ConcernedApe. Taking inspiration from Harvest Moon, the player-character inherits a farm from their deceased grandfather, and work by clearing the land, raising animals, and harvesting crops.

All titles in the PlayStation Plus free games September 2025 line-up have platinum trophies to unlock.

Among them, Viewfinder is both the easiest and quickest platinum to obtain. Following a video guide will make the puzzles relatively easy, and require only 5-6 hours of gameplay.

Next, Psychonauts 2 is a fairly easy platinum as well, though keep in mind that there are quite a few collectables to find. Expect roughly around 25 hours of gameplay for this one.

Lastly, while the majority of the trophies on Stardew Valley are quite easy, there is a single trophy which requires playing an arcade game without dying, which makes the overall platinum for this game quite difficult. In addition, you will need well over 100 hours of gameplay as well.

PlayStation Plus Free Games August 2025

Still too hot out there to play outside? Need an excuse to stay indoors? Well, Sony has one for you: Free games! Keep in mind, however, that August does not seem to be the month of easy platinums. Without further ado, here is the PlayStation Plus free games August 2025 line-up, available for download on Tuesday, August 5.

First, for both the PS4 and PS5, there’s Lies of P, a third-person action-RPG developed by Neowiz and Round8. Loosely based on The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Colldi, the story takes place in the fictional city of Krat where Pinocchio must use melee weapons to battle enemy puppets, and disease-infected citizens. The gameplay has been heavily compared to the Dark Souls game series.

Next, for the PS4, there’s My Hero: One’s Justice 2 is a fighting game and sequel to the 2018 My Hero One’s Justice, and based on the manga series My Hero Academia by Kohei Horikoshi. Select your favorite character from a vast roster, and battle in either story mode or online multiplayer.

Lastly, for the PS4, there’s DayZ, the 2018 online survival game by Bohemia Interactive. After an infection has turned the world into a zombie apocalypse, players must survive by scavenging for food, weapons, and supplies, while battling against the infected, and either cooperating or fighting with other online players.

Among the PlayStation Plus free games August 2025 line-up, Lies of P and My Hero: One’s Justice 2 have platinum trophies to unlock. Also, achieving 100% is not particularly easy for any of these games, for different reasons.

Similar to the Dark Souls games, obtaining the platinum for Lies of P is no cakewalk. It also requires a minimum of two playthroughs, and that is provided that you make several saves to the PS Cloud in order to unlock the multiple endings. Expect around 50-60 hours on this one.

Unlocking the platinum for My Hero: One’s Justice 2 will depend on your fighting skills. In addition, there are some online trophies which will probably require some boosting, since the online servers have been reported to be rather dead.

Lastly, since DayZ is entirely online, unlocking 100% of the trophies is also very difficult to do without having some boosting partners to help you.

PlayStation Plus Free Games July 2025

There is no better way to survive the summer heat than to stay indoors and play some games while the air-conditioner racks up the electric bill. And just in time, Sony has just announced their next PlayStation Plus free games July 2025 line-up, available for download on Tuesday, July 1.

First, for both the PS4 and PS5, there’s Diablo IV, the online-only action RPG by Blizzard Entertainment. Select from one of six playable classes, and crawl your way through a procedurally generated dungeon either alone or with your friends. New mechanics in this installment of the Diablo series includes an open world, as well as player-versus-player combat.

Next, also for both the PS4 and PS5, there’s The King of Fighters XV, the 2022 fighting game developed by KOF Studio and published by SNK. The game includes a roaster of 39 playable characters, which includes returning characters from previous games in The King of Fighters series, as well as characters from other SNK games such as Fatal Fury and Samurai Shodown.

Finally, for the PS5, there is Jusant, a puzzle platformer developed by Don’t Nod and released in 2023. This game is all about climbing, as players make their way to the top of a tower, passing through different biomes along the way.

All three games in the PlayStation Plus free games July 2025 line-up have platinum trophies to unlock.

Among them, obtaining the platinum for Jusant is by far the quickest and easiest. The game is not particularly challenging, and while there are about 100 collectibles to find, this can be easily done by following the guide. Expect around 6-8 hours of gameplay for this one, depending on whether or not you are using a guide.

The difficulty in getting the platinum for The King of Fighters entirely depends on your skills, as you would expect from any fighting game. Expect to replay and complete the story mode many times, as well as manage to win at least 30 online ranked matches. Without a boosting partner or fighting-game experience, expect this platinum to be a tough and long one.

Finally, unlocking the platinum for Diablo IV is no easy task. This can be certainly made easier if you have a good group to play with, but nearly impossible on your own. Expect over 200 hours of gameplay for this challenging, but highly respectable, platinum.
