Happy Valentine’s Day! And to celebrate this romantic holiday, Sony is giving out their next batch of freebies for PlayStation Plus members. Do these games have anything to do with love, romance, roses, and chocolates? No. But hey, free games are free games. And so, here is the PlayStation Plus free games March 2026 line-up which will be available for download on Tuesday, March 3.

First, for the PS5, there’s Slime Rancher 2, developed by Monomi Park and a sequel to the 2017 predecessor. Players take control of Beatrix LeBeau, a rancher from Earth who decided to live the life of a slime rancher on another planet. Players can explore the world while raising, feeding, breeding, and collecting slimes.

Next, for both the PS4 and PS5, there’s Monster Hunter Rise, the next entry in Capcom’s Monster Hunter series, and was originally first released for the Nintendo Switch in 2021, before being ported onto the PS4 and PS5 in 2023. The game includes many of the same mechanics as its predecessor, Monster Hunter World, while adding in a few new features such as a new ridable animal companion, and Wirebugs to traverse the world more easily.

Then, for the PS5, there’s PGA Tour 2K25, the golfing game and sixth installment in the PGA Tour 2K series. The game includes the PGA Championship, the US Open, and the Open Championship, and an expanded My Career mode which includes more customizable options.

Lastly, as an added bonus, Sony is also giving away The Gold Road Collection, which allows for access to all the major Chapter zones, areas, and quests, across Tamriel in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Excluding The Gold Road Collection, the three main titles in the PlayStation Plus free games March 2026 line-up all have platinum trophies to unlock.

Among them, Slime Rancher 2 has by far, the quickest and easiest platinum to unlock. The game itself is quite easy and you can play at your own pace. Expect around 20-30 hours of gameplay for this one.

Unlocking the platinum for PGA Tour 2K25 is arguably the next title in order of ease, particularly for those who already have experience playing the PGA Tour 2K series. However, there are online trophies to unlock. Expect around 60-75 hours to obtain the platinum.

Finally, while unlocking the platinum for Monster Hunter Rise is of average difficulty, you can expect well over 200 hours of gameplay. If you have experience with the previous games in the Monster Hunter series, then you understand how the trophy hunting can be.
