Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 is a golfing simulation game licensed under the Professional Golfers' Association, and the fifteenth title in the Tiger Woods PGA Tour series. Added features include the Legacy Challenge, where players play as Tiger Woods through various moments of his golfing career. The game also includes an Online Country Club where players may team up with friends, earning status points and coins that are used to either play rounds on downloadable courses or unlock Boost Pins for their character-player.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 received mainly positive reviews with an average score of 79%, praised for its controls and improvements with its total swing system, but criticized for its presentation and technical bugs.

This is a low 3-star difficulty rating, and is primarily due to the nine online trophies which, given the age of the game, will be challenging to find players and complete legitimately. However, if you have three other online players to boost with, the difficulty for this game can be brought down to a 2-star. The majority of the offline trophies are not particularly difficult, especially if you have some experience with Tiger Woods PGA or golfing games in general.

Expect roughly 35-45 hours for the Platinum, and more if you're attempting the online trophies legitimately.

The first thing you'll want to do is join a Country Club, so you can begin earning status for everything you do from this point on.

Then, make yourself a profile golfer and begin your Career by selecting one of the amateur tours. After winning the Masters and unlocking the Don't Quit Your Day Job trophy, you'll move onto the PGA Tour. From this point on, you'll want to keep winning and reaching the EA Sports Top 100 to guarantee your entry to the Masters each year. Do this by simulating minor tournaments, and participating in the major ones. Be sure to check the EA Golf Rankings, of which we have a link under our Links tab, to make sure you don't fall below the top 100. Once you have won The Masters seven times, you'll unlock the Unstoppable trophy.

Once you're finished with the Career mode and all its related trophies, you can start on the Tiger Legacy Challenge. Work through completing all challenges towards Record Books, and then the bonus challenge of Young Gun Rickie Fowler to earn all the related trophies.

Now, there's the online trophies. If you have boosting partners, than these are quite quick and easy to obtain. Check out the boosting forums under our Links tab if you're struggling to find people to play with.

After that, it's time to simply mop-up any last remaining trophies, which you can easily do in the Play Now mode.

SSX

SSX, short for Snowboard Supercross, is a snowboarding game and part of the SSX series which began in 2000 on the PlayStation 2. Players race down snowy mountains while performing tricks to earn boosts. In World Tour mode, players must complete nince descents around the world, including the Himalayas, Mt. Fuji, and Antarctica. Explore Mode allows players to freely take on various mountains and challenges. And Global Events is available for online challenges.

World Tour biker Zoe Payne, along with his friends, have formed Team SSX to conquer the nine most dangerous descents around the world, before his rival Griff Simmons has a chance.

SSX received positive reviews, with an average score of 83%, praised for its overall fun and advancement on its previous titles.

This game is more time-consuming than difficult, with plenty of grinding required. However, there are the odd trophies that can be fairly challenging, such as for getting all gold medals on a range. Also, it should be noted that you'll require a "friend" who owns the game, so you can upload your ghosts to each other.

Overall, expect over 50 hours of gameplay for this Platinum.

You'll probably want to start with the World Tour, as this is the bulk of the game, and will also teach you the controls, as well as earn credits, Geotags, and unlock characters. During your playthrough, you can unlock the Pass The Board Wax by first purchasing the cheapest board once you have enough money, then buy one of each gear and mod to unlock the Gear Up! and I Need A Boost trophies. Also, there are a number of trophies related to playing each Deadly Descent without certain gear. Check out the SSX trophy guide links under our Links tab for more details. You may also want to see some of the badge requirements, as some of these are related to the World Tour.

If you completed the World Tour and are still missing some trophies or badge requirements, don't worry. Now is your chance to replay any individual runs you need to mop up.

Once that's done, you can clean up the remaining offline trophies and badge requirements in the Explore Mode. You'll also need friend's ghosts to beat in each range, to unlock the I Ain't Afraid Of Snow Ghost trophy. So either start making some friends, or visit the co-op forums under our Links tab.

Finally, head into the Global Events to mop-up the last remaining online trophies.

Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine Trophy Guide

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine is a third-person action shooter, based on the Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000 tabletop miniature wargame. Players take on the role of the Space Marines, battle enemies made up of Orks and Forces of Chaos, in both melee and ranged combat. A fury meter, when filled, allows the player to either perform powerful melee attacks, or slow time for aiming. The game also includes an online multiplayer mode.

Forge World Graia, a planet devoted to military production, is being attacked by Orks. Captain Titus leads his squadron of Ultramarines to the planet in order to nullify the Ork invasion, only to discover an even greater threat.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine received mainly positive reviews, with an average score of 75%, praised for its visuals and re-creation of the Warhammer 40,000 universe, but criticized for its linear plotline and uninspired environments.

This is a high 3-star rating. Playing the game on Hard difficulty, and not dying or restarting the first four chapters, will require some good skills. There are also 14 online trophies to worry about, with plenty of weapon kills that require a lot of time. Finally, acquiring a total of 40,000 kills can be very time consuming. The online trophies can be boosted in a private match, which would bring this rating down to a low 3-star. Either way, this game requires both time and skill.

If you're playing legitimately, expect over 100 hours of gameplay, and roughly 70 hours if you're boosting the multiplayer trophies.

While it's possible to start on Hard, we highly recommend two playthroughs. The reason is that not only is Hard mode rather difficult, but you'll need to avoid dying or restarting the first four chapters. So unless you're an absolute wiz at video games, we recommend starting your playthrough on either Easy or Medium, in order to get better oriented with the game and levels.

During your first playthrough, you'll want to collect all the Servo Skulls to unlock the Librarian Of Macragge trophy. Check out the collectible guides under our Links tab for help with that. Also, focus on getting all the kill-related trophies, as well.

Once that's finished, and if you took our advice, you can start your second playthrough on Hard, in order to unlock the None Can Stand Before You trophy. In addition, you'll need to complete Chapters 1-4 without dying, quitting, or reloading a checkpoint, in order to get The Emperor Protects trophy. Check out the video demonstration under our Links tab if you're struggling with this one. Also, you can use this opportunity to mop-up any kill-related trophies you're still missing, as well as your overall kill count.

After that, you can move onto the multiplayer, to which you'll need an online pass in order to reach beyond Level 5. If you're looking for a boosting buddy, check out the forums under our Links tab. These trophies can be boosted in private matches. However, even when boosting, the Keeper Of The Armory will still take a fair bit of time, in order to collect all the weapon challenges.

Once all the online trophies are done, you can turn your attention back to the offline trophies still remaining. Most likely, True Son Of The Emperor will be your last trophy, as you'll need a total of 40,000 kills.

Good luck!

Guitar Hero 5 Trophy Guide

Guitar Hero 5 Trophy Guide. Difficulty: ****  A music rhythm game and the fifth title in the Guitar Hero series which utilizes instrument-like controllers. While roughly the same difficulty as Rock Band 2, some trophies will require online assistance.

Guitar Hero 5

Guitar Hero 5 is a music rhythm game, the fifth in the Guitar Hero series which began on the PlayStation 2, and the first on the PlayStation 3 to possess trophy support. Using either a guitar controller, drum controller, or microphone, players mimic the playing of music by attempting to match the scrolling "notes."

The game allows for up to four players, either each playing different instruments or all the same. There are 85 songs on its track list, with 83 by separate artists, with more available for download at a price. Aside from the offline Career mode and Challenges, a multiplayer mode allows for online competitive and co-operative play.

Guitar Hero 5 received positive reviews, with an average score of 87%, praised for the game's "Jump in" added feature, simplified menu system, and wide selection of tracks.

You can expect roughly the same level of difficulty as Rock Band 2. While the majority of the trophies could be considered slightly easier in terms of skills, there are several which require some online help, such as playing a song with the same four instruments. Unless you possess four drums or four microphones, you will probably need to do some boosting.

At minimum, you will need one of each instrument: guitar, microphone, and drum. Those already possessing master-level skills at these music games and have boosting partners, can probably earn the Platinum in 40 hours. If this is your first time, then expect far more time.

This game doesn't require much of a road-map. Simply start on Career Mode and play your way through to the end. Along the way, attempt to get at least 5 stars on the songs to avoid mopping-up afterwards. There are also some challenge-specific trophies you can unlock, so be sure to check out the Guitar Hero 5 trophy guide links under our Links tab to see what you need. By the end, and with some mopping-up, you should have nearly, or all, the offline trophies by now.

There are 3 trophies specific to online play, which includes Rocktopus for playing a Band vs. Band match, Outgoing for completing 25 Pro Face Off matches, and Menage A Huit for playing an online match with 8 players on the same instrument. In addition, however, are the trophies related to playing songs with four of the same types of instrument, which can't be done offline unless you possess four guitars, four sets of drums, and four microphones. Given the age of the game, these can be difficult to find online players. So either start making friends online, or check out the boosting forums under our Links tab.

Sports Champions Trophy Guide

Sports Champions Trophy Guide. Difficulty: ***  A collection of various sporting events, such as table tennis, archery, and beach volleyball, which utilizes the PlayStation Move controller. The game has a steep learning curve, while the Platinum requires some good skills.

Game Name Difficulty Trophies Developer Country Bronze Silver Gold Online DLC

Sports Champions

Sports Champions is a sports game and launch title for the PlayStation Move controller, which came bundled together in some regions. Players use the Move controller and PlayStation Eye camera to participate in six different sporting events: Table tennis, Beach volleyball, Gladiator duel, Disc golf, Bocce, and Archery. Players choose from a selection of avatar athletes and select from three different game modes: Free Play for practicing events, Challenge Mode for competing to increase high scores, and Champion Cup where players compete against ten other athletes. The game also allows for up to 4-players.

Sports Champions received mainly positive reviews with an average score of 75%, praised for its overall fun, particularly as a party game, though criticized by some for its slight lack in event compilation.

While it's technically possible to get the Platinum in around 25 hours, this is heavily dependent on your skills. The 3-star is for the overall difficulty of the game, particularly with some trophies such as earning a total of 600 stars in the Champion Cup. Things will get easier as you eventually figure out the controls and learn the best strategy, but expect some frustration up until then.

NOTE: You will need 2 Move controllers for the Platinum.

Sports Champions doesn't require much of a roadmap, as you can compete in any event at any time, which means the trophies don't need to be unlocked in any particular order. The only thing we recommend is to begin by going through the training sessions, which will help you get used to the controls, and make future play a little easier.

For the most part, you'll probably want to play through all the events, eventually winning bronze, silver and gold cups. After that, start working on earning 600 stars in Champion Cups for the Super Star trophy. This is by far the most challenging part of the game. Focus on getting three stars in everything in each event you feel confident in, then as many as you can in the others.

Once that's all out of the way, the rest is simply mopping-up what's left. Be sure to check out the Sports Champions trophy guide links under our Links tab to see what you still need, and what the requirements are.
