Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f is a rhythm game, first released for the Vita in Japan in August 2012, then ported onto the PS3 seven months later. It was released in North America in August 2013, and a few days later in Europe.

The game features Vocaloid CG Idol Miku Hatsune, along with her friends, who star in a series of unique songs and digitally created music videos. Symbols fly across the screen, in which the player must hit the corresponding button when the symbol passes over their mark, according to the beat of the music. The game includes various modes of difficulty, the Vocaloid's "room" where one can interact with the characters, and an Edit mode where players can create their own rhythm challenges and upload them to an online community.

The game received high praise, particularly in Japan, with an average score of 92% for its variety in activities, fun challenge, high replay value, and overall great presentation.

The difficulty really depends on your skills. If you're good at these kinds of rhythm games, the difficulty rating could be brought down to a 2-star, though you will need to do lots of grinding to earn Diva Points, which are used to purchase all the necessary furniture, costumes and accessories for the Vocaloid rooms and characters.

Overall, expect to spend anywhere between 30 to 60 hours, depending on your skills.

We recommend beginning with the tutorial, in which you'll learn the ropes of the game, as well as earn your first trophy.

From there, start on Normal mode and work your way through all 32 songs. Also, take not of the Entertainer trophy, in which you need to unlock each song's Chance Time. This is when, towards the end of the song - and if your score is high enough - a large, colorful star will appear. Hit it at the appropriate time, and the music video will change. The game doesn't keep track of which songs you succeeded in the Chance Time, so you will need to do this on your own.

Once you've completed Normal mode, repeat the same thing on Hard. Once that's done, you will need to clear at least one song on Expert for another trophy.

From here on out, you'll have some grinding to do, in order to earn loads of Diva Points. If your skills are good enough, we recommend playing on Hard for even Expert to acquire the most number of points. These are used to purchase all the furniture and accessories for the Vocaloid's rooms, as well as all the Modules (excluding the individual pieces of costumes).

In addition, there are a few miscellaneous trophies to gather, such as using the Edit room feature. Check out the Hatsune Miku Project Diva f trophy guide links under our Links tab for further details.

Grand Slam Tennis 2 Trophy Guide

Grand Slam Tennis 2

Grand Slam Tennis 2 is a tennis sports game, and a sequel to the 2009 Grand Slam Tennis released on the Nintendo Wii. The game includes all four Grand Slams, as well as an ESPN Grand Slam Classics mode which relives famous Grand Slam tournament moments from the 1980's to the 2000's. The game supports the PlayStation Move controller, and includes online matches for both singles and doubles.

Grand Slam Tennis 2 received generally positive reviews, with an average score of 74%, praised for its graphics and presentation, but criticized for its difficulty.

The main reason for this 3-star difficulty rating is due to the online trophies: Streak which requires 10 online wins in a row, and Friendly Competition which requires both you and a friend to play with 2 controllers. However, with a boosting partner, these are simple to do, and thereby bringing this rating down to a 2-star.

This game has a steep learning curve, and immediately gets difficult in the third season. Also, there are a number of missable trophies which may require you to play through the seasons several times. Overall, expect around 50 hours of gameplay, depending on your skills.

To make your gameplay easier, you can set the difficulty to Rookie, as well as reducing the number of sets if you like.

After that, you can first complete the 15 total lessons in the Training Tennis School. This will not only help you learn the mechanics of the game, but also net you the You School Master trophy.

Next, you can begin the Career mode, either as a male or female player. There are 10 seasons in total. Work towards getting The Legend trophy by finishing each season as #1. Along the way, you will also be facing some specific players which you'll need to win in order to unlock their respective trophy.

Once that's finished, you can restart the Career mode, this time switching sexes. If you've already unlocked the Collector trophy, you can skip the events and just play to the end.

After that, is the ESPN Grand Slam Classic mode. Winning matches and completing Bonus Objectives will earn you points, needed to unlock Moments.

There are two online trophies - Friendly Competition and Streak - which are easy to unlock if boosted, but difficult on your own. For Friendly Competition, both you and your online partner will need 2 controllers.

Last, just mop up anything you're still missing.

DiRT 2 Trophy Guide

DiRT 2

Dirt 2 (known as Colin McRae: Dirt 2 in Europe) is an arcade-style rally racing game, and a sequel to Dirt (Colin McRae: Dirt) released on the PS3 in 2007 before trophy support. The game features a set of off-road events which takes place across Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America, as well as five different event types, plus a multiplayer mode, and features the voices of professional rally drivers, such as Ken Block, Travis Pastrana, Tanner Foust, and Dave Mirra.

Dirt 2 received mostly positive reviews, with an average score of 87% for its realistic graphics and beautiful scenery, simple interface, and overall fun.

This was a fairly easy game to platinum, and would have received a 2-star rating, provided that you had a boosting partner for some of the online trophies. However, while the multiplayer is still available, Codemasters has shut down their DiRTNET servers, which are used for accessing weekly tournament information. As a result, two trophies - Tourney and I Ain't Afraid Of No Ghosts! - can no longer be acquired, making this game's Platinum Not Obtainable.

However, if you simply wish to add this game to your trophy count, the 39 offline trophies are quite easy to collect.

The Platinum for this game is Not Obtainable, due to the DiRTNET servers being closed, which means two trophies can no longer be earned. However, if you still wish to collect the remaining 45 trophies, here are some tips:

You'll first want to head into Career mode and make your way from beginning to end, winning each race. Since there's no trophy related to the difficulty mode, you can go ahead and select Easy if you wish. Along the way, avoid spending money during your first ten races, in order to unlock the Big Bucks! trophy.

Once that's done, it's simply a matter of mopping up anything you've missed during your Career mode. Check out the DiRT 2 trophy guide links under our Links tab for specific details to what you need.

Last, there are the online trophies. Despite DiRTNET being closed, the multiplayer server is still open, which means there are 6 more trophies you can still collect. Some of these are tough without boosting. Particularly Rush Hour, as not only do you need to find seven other players, but you need to win against these seven other players, as well. Make friends with people you meet, and check out the forums under our Links tab, to try and organize a party and take turns allowing each player to win.

GoldenEye 007 Reloaded Trophy Guide

GoldenEye 007 Reloaded Trophy Guide. Difficulty: ***  A first-person shooter and remaster of the popular 1997 GoldenEye title on the N64. While a few offline trophies can be tricky, the online ones are quite challenging without a boosting partner.

GoldenEye 007 Reloaded

GoldenEye 007: Reloaded is a first-person shooter, and a remaster of the 2010 Nintendo Wii title GoldenEye 007, which in turn is a remaster of the 1997 GoldenEye game for the N64, which in turn is inspired by the 1997 film GoldenEye. The new remaster features the voice and likeness of Daniel Craig as James Bond, rather than Pierce Brosnan who stared in the 1995 film.

Taking place following the events of Quantum of Solace, James Bond faces a Russian gangster and weapons dealer, selling arms to a terrorist cell who is targeting the British embassies across the globe.

The original Wii version received high praise, with an average score of 84%, praised for its multiplayer function and considered just as an addicting game as the original N64 version.

Without a boosting partner for the 17 online trophies, this is a very high 3-star rating and will require a lot of multiplayer grinding to not only reach level 35, but acquire the other trophies as well. If you have a good boosting party, then this rating could be brought down to a low 3-star, or possibly a 2-star difficulty.

The offline campaign will require one playthrough if you start on its highest difficulty, two if not. A chapter select allows you to mop-up afterwards.

Without a boosting partner, you could end up spending over 70 hours of gameplay. With a boosting buddy, perhaps 30-40 hours.

If you wish to save yourself an extra playthrough, you can start the game on 007 Classic difficulty, which is the hardest mode in the game. The most challenging aspect is not having life regeneration. It's no cakewalk, and if you don't feel up to the task, then simply play on 007 difficulty, first.

During your playthrough, you'll want to complete all the secondary objectives in each level, as well as find and destroy all of the 50 Janus' emblems. Check out one of the guides or walkthroughs under our Links tab for their locations. There are also a number of level-specific trophies to unlock, but since you can mop-up afterwards with a chapter select, it's okay if you miss some of these on your first run.

Next, if you haven't yet done so, start your playthrough on 007 Classic difficulty. Otherwise, you can use the chapter select to unlock anything you've missed thus far. After that, there are 11 different missions which you'll need to gain a 4-star on each in order to unlock the last few offline trophies.

Last, comes the 17 online trophies. Many of these are easier to unlock once you've reached level 35, so make that your first priority. Finding players online can be a bit grueling at times given the unpopularity of multiplayer, and if you're interesting in boosting, check out the forums we've posted under our Links tab.

Get Fit With Mel B Trophy Guide

Get Fit With Mel B Trophy Guide. Difficulty: ***  A fitness game that uses the PlayStation Move controller and Melanie Brown as the instructor. While the difficulty depends on your physical condition, the Platinum still demands a lot of time and plenty of sweat.

Get Fit With Mel B

Scary Spice is back! And this time, rather than singing and dancing while hollering "Girl power," she's getting fit, and helping gamers whip into shape along the way.

Introducing Get Fit With Mel B, a fitness "game" staring Melanie Brown, which makes use of the PlayStation's Move controller and Eye Toy. Players can select from an assortment of fitness styles, from Combat to Dance, and chose to use wrist and ankle weights, a fitness step, or just go nuts with the controller itself. Mel B is your personal coach, demonstrating and encouraging you on, while you try to match her moves by watching yourself by use of the Eye Toy.

Given that this is an exorcise "game," don't expect to get the platinum overnight - not unless you want to give yourself a heart attack. While there are a few easy trophies along the way - such as for customizing a workout, trying each fitness type at least once, etc. - you'll basically need to keep in shape for quite awhile (60 work out times at least - depending on your skills and stamina) till eventually you get the platinum.

NOTE: If you have the North American version, you'll need the Move and Eye Toy for this game. Other fitness tools are optional. The European version doesn't require the Eye Toy - instead, simply state how well you did in the exorcises.

There is no real roadmap for this game, as many of the trophies are accumulative. Make sure you select all types of workouts - and select that you have the step and weights, regardless if you do or not. During the first several workouts, Mel B will ask how it went - always tell her "too easy," which will bump up your level. From then on, you will continue to increase in level depending on how often and how well you perform.

If performance is an issue, try wearing a different color shirt than that background of your room, and allow plenty of lighting, to help the Eye catch your movements. Having enough space is also a big plus.

If you're unable to work out every day for 2 weeks, simply adjust the date on your PlayStation before starting the game. This, of course, also works for following the nutritional diet for a week. (And no, you don't actually have to eat the food - just read the recipe each day)

There are a few other minor trophies which are not accumulative, and can be acquired early in the game, such as designing your own workout. Check the Get Fit With Mel B trophy guide links under our Links tab for further details.
