Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame

Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame is a motorcycle racing game, based on the 2017 Monster Energy Supercross Season. The game includes bikes and athletes, as well as tracks, from both the 250Sx and 450Sx classes, with over 80 different official brands. Players can customize their riders, as well as their bikes using real-life parts and accessories. The game also includes a Track Editor, which allows for creating tracks which can be shared online.

Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame received lukewarm reviews with an average score of 66%, praised for its visuals, game physics, and added track editor, but criticized for overall not adding anything new to the series.

This is a high 1-star rating, only because there’s a slight learning curve to the controls, and there’s some grinding involved. However, the game can be played on Easy mode, and there are no missable trophies to worry about. The five online trophies involve the Track Editor and so don’t require any boosting. Overall, a fairly easy game which doesn’t require much time.

Expect around 10-12 hours for the Platinum.

It should first be noted that the game can be played on Easy mode, though expect to earn less credits and prestige points. This might add another hour of gameplay, but will make things overall easier, so the choice is yours.

Start by heading into Career mode, where after completing the tutorial and customizing your character, you will need to complete three Seasons. These include two in the 250 category, and one in the 450 category. As you go through, aim to win all the races in order to unlock their respective trophies along the way.

There are a few other miscellaneous trophies you can work towards during your playthrough in Career mode, though we recommend especially focusing on the Ten Little Holeshots trophy. This involves getting a total of 10 Holeshots, which means being in the first position after the first turn in a race. This cannot be grinded using the rewind feature, which means you can only manage to get one holeshot per race. This is why it’s a good idea to get the Ten Little Holeshots trophy out of the way during your Career mode playthrough.

After completing your Career mode playthrough, you should have a good chunk of the trophies unlocked.

Next, it’s time to work on the Following In The Footsteps trophy. This involves winning a 450 Championship while playing as R. Dungey. There are a total of 17 races, though you only need to finish first overall.

After that, there are five online trophies related to the Track Editor. You’ll need to create five Custom Tracks to unlock both the My Way and Seems To Be Enjoying It trophies. Then, you’ll need to play a total of 30 Main Events in Custom Tracks created by other players for the Thanks For Coming, Come Back Soon, and You’re One Of The Family trophies. We recommend finding a short track that can be completed quickly. Also, you can complete the same track 30 times to unlock all the respective trophies, as long as you return to the Main Menu after each race, and not select restart.

Finally, it’s time to simply mop-up the remaining trophies you’re still missing. Win championships to reach 3 million SX Credits for the Lap Of Luxury trophy, and use the Track Editor to create a track with long straight lines to make the Inexhaustible trophy easier. PlayStation Plus Free Games December 2019

It’s getting colder out there – and freezing, for some of us. A good time to stay indoors as much as possible, and play some games. And with that, here is the next line-up of PlayStation Plus free games December 2019 ready for download on the following Tuesday, December 3.

First, there’s Titanfall 2, the sequel to the 2014 Xbox exclusive Titanfall. A first-person shooter where players control giant mecha-style exoskeletons known as Titans, as well as their pilots, in an attempt to stop the Intersteller Manufacturing Corporation from setting off their superweapon.

And Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame, a motorcycle racing game which includes athletes, bikes, and tracks from the 250Sx and 450Sx classes. Players can customize both their bikes and riders, as well as create and share tracks with the game’s track editor.

Both Titanfall 2 and Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame have Platinum trophies to unlock.

The majority of the trophies on Titanfall 2 are fairly average and straight-forward, including the online trophies. However, the Becomes The Master trophy requires players to reach the Top 3 on the Gauntlet scoreboard, which is very difficult to do.

The Platinum for Monster Energy Supercross: The Official Videogame, however, is not particularly difficult as the game can be played on Easy mode. The online trophies only involve creating, publishing, and playing races using the track editor. Expect only 12-15 hours for this Platinum.
